ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
Promet AS has developed a portfolio of Additive Manufacturing solutions. This advanced metallic 3D printing process uses the latest Selective Laser Melting technology to manufacture parts with complex design geometry, which could not be produced using conventional techniques.
Advanced Manufactured parts up to 280 x 280 x 350 mm in size can be constructed using the following materials;
- Stainless Steel – 1.4404, 1.4410, 1.4542
- Tool Steel – 1.2344, 1.2709
- Co- Cr Alloys – 2.4723 / ASTM F75
- Super Alloys – Inconel 625, 718, 939 or HX
- Titanium Grade 1 – 2
- Titan Alloys – TiAl6Nb7, TiAl6V4
- Aluminum Alloys – AlSi12, AlSi10Mg, AlSi7MgCu
- Bronze – CuSn10
A range of Hybrid solutions, where Additive Manufactured parts are finished using conventional CNC machining techniques are also available.
